What's included in a clean?
Every clean covers all your exterior windows, frames, sills and doors. Once everything is clean, we wipe down the frames and sills so they're left spotless too. Conservatory roofs are a separate package and are quoted separately.
How much will it cost?
Every property is different, so we price each one individually. Fill in the quote form or send us a WhatsApp and we'll give you a fixed price. Regular cleans cost less per visit than one-offs.
Why does the first clean cost more?
Your first clean is charged at our one-off price. When windows haven't been cleaned for a while, dirt and grime build up on the glass, frames and sills, so the first visit takes extra time and more water to bring everything up to our standard. After that, regular 4-weekly cleans keep your windows in great condition, so every clean from your second visit onwards is at our lower regular price.
Do I need to be home?
No, you don't need to be home. Just make sure we can get to the back, for example by leaving the side gate unlocked.
What if it rains?
We can usually still clean. We use a pure water system, which leaves no residue behind, so rain won't leave spots or streaks on your glass. Before each job we carry out a risk assessment to make sure conditions are safe to work in. If they're not, for example in high winds or icy conditions, we'll move your clean to the next suitable day.
Can I cancel a regular clean?
Anytime. No contracts, no cancellation fees. Just let us know.
